Mix Fish, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice and Corn Starch in a bowl.
Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat Oil in a pan and sauté Garlic, Onion and Ginger until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, stir fry Fish for 5minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, stir fry Cabbage and add toasted Garlic, Onion and Ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
Add stir-fried Fish, Oyster Sauce (Filipino Style), Sesame Oil, Salt and Pepper. Mix well.
Transfer to the serving dish then serve immediately.
