Santan Instant Coconut Milk Powder Barfi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Santan Instant Coconut Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Desi Ghee
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 2 Piece Cardamom
  • 2 Tablespoons Pistachios Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan, add milk, desi ghee and mix thoroughly.
  • Add milk powder and stir continuously.
  • When the mixture becomes thick, add sugar and stir continuously and after 2 minutes add Santan Instant Coconut Milk Powder and crushed cardamom in the pan.
  • Cook the mixture on low flame.
  • Stir continuously until it reaches the freezing consistency.
  • Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture on a greased plate, spread evenly chopped pistachios.
  • After an hour cut the barfi into desired shape and size.
  • Delicious coconut barfi is ready to serve.
