
Razmin Sweet Hoisin Meat Balls
Ingredients
Ingredients for Meat Balls
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Razmin Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Razmin Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Finely minced ginger
- 6 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
Ingredients for Sauce
- 1 Cup Razmin Hoisin Sauce
- ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl and mix them together well.
- Bake them in oven for 15 minutes, or until they have browned and are cooked through
- While the meatballs are baking prepare the sauce. Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and bring it to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat.
- When cooked remove the meatballs from the oven then put them in the pot with the sauce. Gently stir them around until they are coated well. Topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and some sliced green onions.
