Chicken Sriracha Pizza


  • 1 12" Ready Made Pizza Dough
  • 4 Ounces Sliced Mozzarella Cheese Sliced
  • 4 Ounces Sliced Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Razmin Sriracha Chilli Sauce Extra Hot
  • ½ Teaspoon Razmin Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil Finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Boneless Chicken Cooked
  • ¾ Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 4 Basil Leaves Torn
  • 2 Tablespoon Coriander
  • ¼ Cup Carrot Shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Peanuts Chopped


  • Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position.
  • Remove ready made pizza dough from all packaging.
  • Combine all the ingredients for the dressing – Mayonnaise, Razmin Sriracha Chilli Sauce Extra Hot, Razmin Soy Sauce, Sugar and Basil.
  • Toss the cooked chicken in the dressing.
  • Spread sliced Mozzarella Cheese on the ready made pizza dough. Add the above dressing, sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella Cheese and place in the oven.
  • Toss the Bean Sprouts, Torn Basil Leaves, Coriander, Shredded Carrot, Lime Juice, Toasted Sesame Oil and a pinch of Salt together in a bowl until everything is well-coated and combined.
  • Pour on top of the cooked pizza. Sprinkle chopped Roasted peanuts on top.
  • Cut. Enjoy!
